Overall, I am generally happy with the watch. The Eco-Drive works flawlessly, and the fit and finish is excellent. There are a couple of things that I find unusual; I've never owned a chronograph before, so maybe this is just how they work, but when finished timing something, the second hand rotates all the way back around for as many times as minutes timed. In other words, if I timed something that lasted 30 minutes, the Chronograph hand rotates backwards 30 times, until the minute hand is back at zero again. I expected this would just reset itself, not have to go backwards. Also, what would normally be the second hand (large orange hand on the picture) is just a mode indicator, and doesn't rotate during normal use. A little strange, but I've gotten used to it.

I haven't had it diving yet, but I expect it will work just fine. One disappointing thing that the feature list doesn't tell you is that you can't press the buttons while it is submerged, because it will allow water to enter the watch. I assumed a diving watch would enable using the Chronograph features to time certain parts of the dive (like a 3-minute safety stop, or when navigating in murky water), but not so. If you're looking for a watch for which you can use the chronograph features while submerged, this watch isn't the one.

Before buying one online, I would definitely recommend checking one out in person if possible, to make sure its function is what you expect. Although I've grown to like the watch, had I checked this one out in person before purchasing it, I likely would have chosen a different watch.
